Cybersolution Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (Cybersolution) is a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of MSC Cyberport Sdn. Bhd. (MSC Cyberport), a public private partnership between the Johor State Government and Cyberport Holdings Sdn. Bhd. Cybersolution is a MSC Malaysia status company and registered with the Ministry of Finance. The company was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on the 8th of March 2007. As the Information Technology Solution arm of MSC Cyberport, Cybersolution’s core businesses are in the product research, development and implementation of e-Solutions focusing on the E-Local Government system and One Stop Shop Management System for the software and technology parks.

The E-Local Government system is an end-to-end integrated web-based Local Government solution with key objective to ICT-enable the processes of Local Authorities and provisions of electronic public delivery services to its community. The system will help to e-enable, improve and standardize existing workflow, processes and best practices of the Local Authorities. Cybersolution has strong and proven track records with a strong management and technical team that has more than 20 years of combined IT experience in ICT project implementation both in the private and public sector. Through the parent company, Cybersolution is involved in the design, development and rollout of Johor E-PBT (E-Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan), an e-Local Government solution, to all the 16 Local Authorities in Johor State via a Public-Private Partnership.
The same team is also involved in the development and implementation of E-PBT Online for Jabatan Kerajaan Tempatan (Local Government Department) / Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan (Ministry of Housing & Local Government) and the earlier E-PBT development and implementation for Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan Pasir Gudang, Johor in year 2002. We, as the e-Government domain experts, provide scalable and integrated solutions especially for the Local Government and Software & Technology parks.
Besides the E-Local Government rollout initiative, the company is also appointed by Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) to develop and implement a web-based MSC Malaysia Cybercity / Cybercentre Management System (CCMS) for nationwide rollout to all the MSC Malaysia Cybercities / Cybercentres in Malaysia.

Cybersolution was also appointed by Iskandar Development Regional Authority (IRDA) to implement the Bumiputera Commercial Master List (BCML) Project which involved design, development, installation and commissioning work to support the Economic Inclusion Strategy for Iskandar Malaysia. BCML is intended to be the guidance and major directory to existing directories or lists that will help accommodate IRDA business goals.
The One Stop Shop Management System is a web-based integrated solution designed to enhance the operations and management of IT software parks in general.
Software and technology park operators will be able to collaborate and network via this system and provide more value-added services to companies and investors residing at the IT software parks.
Key modules of IT Software Park One Stop Shop Management System : Tenancy Registration & Tracking, Company & Contacts Management, Facilities Booking Management, Compliance Self-Audit, Complaints and Feedbacks Management, ISO Document Management, Events and Programs Management, Reporting Management, Forum & Networking.
Outside of Malaysia, Cybersolution has been appointed by The Asia Oceania Regional Software Park Alliance to develop a web portal for its members which consist of 16 software & technology parks from 8 countries in the Asia Oceania region.
All ICT projects undertaken by Cybersolution include system and business requirement study or alignment study, system development or integration, end user training services, subsequent on-going system support and maintenance and customer helpdesk support services.
